Thank you for coming to our site.  We have had complaints of dragging and hanging of player.  I have checked the player out and it is working fine.  If you are using a dial up connection you might have to download the song are service.  You can do this by hitting the arrow at the right end of the song and it will ask you if you want to download.  If you have any trouble let me know.  Jim Reuland
